Welcome

At Friendly Manor Nursing Home, we offer our residents an extension of their home by providing personal assistance. Support with the activities of daily life or a helping hand when needed allows our residents to maintain their independence with a sense of dignity, safety and security.

Friendly Manor is a 60 bed facility that takes pride in the reputation of having friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Residents at Friendly Manor say that the facility has a very “homey” feel and they are very comfortable and are given the opportunity to get to know the staff well.

  • Air conditioning in common areas of the facility
  • Private, semi-private and standard accommodations are available
  • Residents are encouraged to bring personal items, such as, television, chairs, pictures

Residents Council

Friendly Manor is proud of our resident’s council who meet monthly to discuss updates or any issues. The resident’s council represents the entire resident population within the facility. The meetings are held monthly and residents, family and friends are encouraged to attend. The Resident Council is chaired by two resident volunteers.

Family Council

Friendly Manor is also proud of our newly formed Family Council who meets regularly. Residents, families and visitors are encouraged to attend to voice and discuss any suggestions/concerns with the Home’s Administration Staff or the Nurse in Charge.
